Terms of Service

Welcome to FameSim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FameSim iOS application and related services provided by Appnor ("we", "us"). By downloading or using FameSim, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What FameSim is

FameSim is a live-stream simulator. Every viewer, comment, reaction, gift, follower count, and leaderboard entry inside the app is fictional and AI-generated. FameSim does not broadcast your stream to real people on any platform. It is a rehearsal and entertainment tool, not a social network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FameSim. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your content

  • Your camera, microphone, and any clips you choose to save remain yours. FameSim does not claim ownership of anything you create.
  • You are responsible for anything you choose to record, save, or share outside the app.
  • Do not use FameSim to impersonate real people in a misleading way, to create sexually explicit content involving minors, or to produce content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. AI-generated content

FameSim uses AI to generate simulated viewer comments and reactions. AI output can occasionally be unexpected, unrealistic, or inaccurate. FameSim applies safety filters to reduce harmful content, but we cannot guarantee that every generated comment will meet every user's preferences. If you see output you consider inappropriate, use the in-app report control so we can improve the filters.

5. Free tier and FameSim Pro

  • The free tier of FameSim is free forever. It includes unlimited streams, no time limits, and no in-stream ads.
  • FameSim Pro is an optional upgrade offering extra filters, personality modes, higher simulated viewer counts, and other features described on the app's paywall.
  • Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Use the app or our AI endpoints to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, safety filters, or the Pro paywall.
  • Use automated scripts or bots against our infrastructure.

We may suspend access to our AI services if we detect abusive patterns.

7. Intellectual property

The FameSim app, branding, design, illustrations, and underlying code are owned by Appnor and protected by copyright and other laws. The Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FameSim for your own rehearsal and entertainment, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

8. Disclaimers

FameSim is provided "as is" and "as available". It is designed for entertainment and rehearsal. We make no guarantee that using FameSim will make you successful, famous, or a better live streamer. We make no warranty of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific AI output.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appnor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FameSim. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using FameSim anytime by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
