Before you write

If you're reporting a bug, these details help us fix it faster:

iOS version and device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4)
FameSim version (Settings tab inside the app)
What you were doing when it happened
A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

Common questions

Camera or microphone isn't working

Open iOS Settings → FameSim and make sure Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled. If they're already on, toggle them off and back on, then relaunch the app.

AI comments stopped appearing

Local comments continue without internet. For contextual comments, check Settings → Privacy & Data and confirm “Allow contextual AI” is on, then check Microphone and Speech permissions in iOS Settings. Contextual AI also requires an active Pro or Max subscription and an internet connection.

I upgraded but features are locked

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings. Pro unlocks FameSim, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube screens; Twitch and Kick require Max. If the correct tier remains locked, email support with your app version and Apple ID region. Never send us your password or payment details.

How do I cancel FameSim Pro or Max?

Open FameSim Settings → Manage Subscriptions, or go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, tap FameSim, and cancel. Features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my data?

Open FameSim Settings → Delete Account & Data. This deletes the current local profile, presets, recordings, reports, and the Firebase account when one exists. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it separately first if needed.

I saw an inappropriate AI comment

Use the in-app report control to save a local report and block the simulated username. Reports are not automatically sent to Appnor, so email us a screenshot if you want our team to review it. If speech suggests immediate danger, use local emergency services; in Türkiye call 112.
