Before you write

If you're reporting a bug, these details help us fix it faster:

  • iOS version and device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4)
  • FameSim version (Settings tab inside the app)
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

Common questions

Camera or microphone isn't working

Open iOS Settings → FameSim and make sure Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled. If they're already on, toggle them off and back on, then relaunch the app.

AI comments stopped appearing

Check your internet connection. Contextual comments require a short call to our AI relay. If you're on a very restrictive network, try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular.

I upgraded to Pro but features are locked

Tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen. The app will re-check your Apple receipt. If it still doesn't unlock within a minute, email us the Apple ID region you purchased from and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel FameSim Pro?

Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, tap FameSim, and cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my data?

Because FameSim doesn't create an account or store personal data on our servers, simply deleting the app from your device removes everything. If you used Cloud Preset Sync, you can also clear that in iCloud Settings.

I saw an inappropriate AI comment

Use the in-app report control on the comment if available, or email us a screenshot. We update the safety filter regularly based on reports.
